Medical Acupuncture

Restoring balance and well-being.

What is acupuncture?

The origin of acupuncture dates back to Ancient China, where it was already applied during the time of the emperors. The body consists of a network of energy pathways, namely meridians, on which acupuncture points are located. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi, life energy, flows through these meridians.

When this energy flow becomes unbalanced or blocked, complaints can arise. Acupuncture restores this balance by precisely stimulating specific points on the body. This:

  • brings the energy flow back into balance
  • activates the body's self-healing capacity
  • removes blockages and reduces complaints

Balance, harmony and equilibrium form the core of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Health therefore means more than just the absence of disease: it is about harmony between body, mind and environment.
